Terms and Conditions

This is the short version of our Terms & Conditions for your convenience.

Right to Refuse Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service to certain areas of your home at our sole discretion.

Water & Electricity.

We require both water and electricity to be running in your home for us to provide Services.

WE DO NOT…

We do not remove mold. We do not use bleach. We do not clean human or animal feces, or other bodily excrements.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

We believe that our customers should be satisfied with every cleaning.

Following each service, you have the right to approve each cleaning. If you are not on-site to approve your cleaning in person, you waive your right in full.

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we provide credit for one (1) re-cleaning service. To take advantage of this offer, kindly notify us within 24 hours of your initial service. The re-cleaning can be scheduled within two (2) weeks, pending our approval and availability. We're here to ensure you're delighted with our service! Your re-clean service may only be applied to a Service of an equivalent or lesser fee, type, and time. For any issues with your Service, you may report your complaint to: office@getting-it-done.com

Get It Done is not responsible for any alleged theft or damage to your property. Additionally, our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover certain other losses, including but not limited to, acts of nature, wrongful acts, or normal wear and tear.

Laundry Service: Our laundry service is limited to 1 hour. Our team will not stay longer to wait for the machines to finish.

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for any damages caused when running machines. It is the customer's responsibility to gather items that are dry clean only and should not be left near regular laundry.

All payments are non-refundable.

You authorize Get It Done to charge the credit card(s) on file by booking a service.

We do not offer refunds and there are no exceptions to the refund policy. If you must cancel or modify your reservation, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time for your Service.

Parking Fees.

Parking fees will be added to your Service for the actual cost of parking for our cleaning staff. Parking fees typically range from $15-25. You may coordinate and provide our cleaning staff with a parking pass or permit.

Additional Fees.

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a Service to assist us in determining the fees for your Service. At our sole discretion, when we arrive at your home, there may be additional fees for time and/or scope if we determine additional time is needed to complete your Service. We will do our best to communicate any such changes with you before providing the Service. All Services have a time limit when booked. The actual time of the Service may vary depending on the actual condition or size of the area to be cleaned. If additional time is required to complete the Service in full, our flat rate is $140 per hour. This rate may be modified from time to time, and we will inform you of such a rate. Your pre-approval of additional time is not required.
